History of the site

Oct 13th, 2005

Since I've moved on to other games, this page probably won't see many more updates, unless I get contributions or other feedback from others.
Yes, it would still be nice if you let me know what you think of my pages.

some minor fixes, and figured out the exact formulas for levelling.
(especially the one for hitpoint calculation took me a while.)

July 27th, 2005

Figured out how block chance was related to dificulty level (see the abilities page), filled the levelling page to level 27 and also added formulas.
Finished the game without sleeping! On easy, but still a fair challenge, to only restore blood points at level up, and only have the 4 attunements active that you can pick in the monastery. (Well, actually I did pick Quick Study III as soon as I got it, because I also wanted to reach a high level for the levelling page, and Fleet of Foot to save some time running around.)

July 21st, 2005

YES, I finally found the last two missing gems. Plus some more updates and refinements. And a rewrite of the main page, since with all the new pages, that had gotten too unstructured for my taste.
Finished the game owning all 23 gems in the game. Took a number of retries at the oracle entrance and the reliquary to get the four elemental gems (Earth Emerald, Salamander Ruby, Undinal Pearl and Sylph Diamond). Also never used any focus (at expert difficulty).

July 15th, 2005

minor additions (Finally found the light Corwenth Spear!)

July 13th, 2005

Big update again, with new pages about levelling and locations, the books sorted historically, and a number of small fixes and extras.

July 8th, 2005

Major expansion of the site with a page about abilities, a quest listing + rewards, and the texts of all books.
Also a number of minor additions and corrections.

July 3rd, 2005

First version of the site. (Re-using material from my Might and Magic IX site.)

End of June 2005

Started collecting information about attunements: There were already a few Kult fansites around, but I hadn't found one yet that contains a list of attunements and where to get them from. So I started collecting the data from the game for myself, and now that it's nearing completion, I want to share it with other Kult fans.
