BiB - Ariel in Scenario: Committed
Patient A.A. presented herself at our appointment in a confused state, and during the interview her agitation grew. She attempted to take off her clothes, so we were forced to put her overalls on backwards, with the straps twisted to prevent her from pulling them off her shoulders. Luckily the buckles need two hands to operate, which isn't possible at the back.

Since all attempts to calm her down failed, she was committed to our closed facility. With her disrobing still a substantial risk, she was put in a patient jumpsuit that closes with a locking zipper between the legs, and has mittens that are also connected to the sleeves with locking zippers. To prevent her from self-harm by flailing around wildly, the loops at her wrists were locked to those at her waist at the opposite sides, and her legs were locked together, severely limiting the movement of her extremities.

After a cool-down period, the patient was treated with regression therapy, and put in a babyish onesie, in the hope that a return to childhood would remove the fears and anxieties of the grown-up. But this had no discernable effect, and again her arms needed to be restricted, this time by tying the sleeves closed and connecting them at the back, creating an improvised straight-jacket.
Since none of our efforts have yielded results, patient A.A. is still at our institution, in strict restraint day and night.

There is one photo where Ariel is out-of-character for this scenario, but she looks so cute that I'm adding it here anyway:
