BiB - Zara modelling some clothes
One of the reasons I did a shoot with Zara, is to do a number of series with overalls and jumpsuits from my collection that don't fit Ariel, so I had collected all my smallest sizes for her to try on. Unluckily her hips are almost as wide as Ariel's, so there were only a few new clothes we could use, mostly those that Ariel as too tall for.
One of those was a pair of overalls from Geek boutique (Canadian brand, similar to the Snug denim overalls with the red back zipper that I used in earlier shoots). These are appropriately called 'back snappers': the strap closures are meant to be in the back, which make them very interesting since the wearer might not be able to reach them well. Indeed, Zara needed help to put them on, but unluckily these clips are quite easy to undo with 1 finger, so opening them was not hard. Still a nice-looking pair though...

Since Zara is rather short, I had the idea of putting a large pair of overalls on her, making it look like a girl putting on her mother's clothes for dress-up. I chose my Diesel denim overalls that were nearly too tight on Ariel, since they were pretty long.
For Zara we needed to make the straps as short as they would go, and they still should have been a bit tighter. The bib was pretty high on her, and the straps would definitely not go over her shoulders without unhooking. The legs were way too long on her, and to make it worse I put her in a pair of my sneakers, 6 sizes too large ;-)
